This week’s AutoZone “In the Zone” Pro Football Player of the Week is Nick Foles.
The Philadelphia quarterback was literally perfect in his team’s 49-20 shellacking of the Oakland Raiders. Foles had fewer incompletions than touchdown passes in a 22-of-28 passing performance. In all, Foles threw for 406 yards and an NFL-record-tying seven touchdowns. While he became the seventh quarterback in NFL history to throw seven TDs in a game, he is the first to record a perfect passer rating of 158.3 in the process.
Nick Foles was definitely “In the Zone” and he’s our AutoZone Pro Football Player of the Week.
