Olympic Interview: Silver medalist Noelle Pikus-Pace

02/15/2014

Noelle Pikus PaceSOCHI, Russia – American Noelle Pikus-Pace earned the silver medal in women’s skeleton on Friday, completing her comeback from retirement with the Olympic medal she had so coveted.

Pikus-Pace had left the sport after a fourth-place finish in Vancouver, but returned two years ago with the support of her husband and young children. That support paid off, and in what she already knew was the final run of her career, she earned the medal that had eluded her for so long.

After winning the silver, Noelle came down from the mountain cluster and stopped by our studio to talk with John Tautges and Kevin Kugler.
