Highlights: St. Joseph’s downs VCU to win first A-10 crown since 1997

A10 Saint Josephs VCU BasketballBROOKLYN, NY – Langston Galloway scored 19 points and hit a series of big shots late as St. Joseph’s defeated VCU 65-61 to capture the first Atlantic-10 tournament championship for the Hawks since 1997.

Ronald Roberts, Jr. added 15 and DeAndre Bembry had 13. Rob Brandenberg led the Rams with 18 points in the defeat – the second A-10 tournament championship game loss in as many years for VCU.
