In the latest installment of This Week in the NCAA, we hear from Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston of the defending national champions, Florida State. We also take you to SEC Media Days, where the debate over a proposed 10-second rule to slow down the pace of play resurfaced.

All that, plus the story of Kacy Catanzaro, a former standout gymnast at Towson University who recently made history on the NBC obstacle race series American Ninja Warrior.
