This Week in the NCAA: Penn State bowl ban lifted; D-II records set


This Week in the NCAA 2012It was a good week to be a backer of the Penn State football team, as the Nittany Lions postseason ban was eliminated by the NCAA Executive Committee, which also voted to return the program to its full complement of football scholarships beginning next season.
