BALTIMORE – After a short week in which the focus in Baltimore was on off-the-field events, the Ravens put those problems to the side and dominated the Pittsburgh Steelers 26-6 on Thursday night at M&T Bank Stadium.
The Ravens were in the national headlines all week after Ray Rice was released by the team on Monday, but that spotlight didn’t affect the team negatively on the field.
Joe Flacco threw a pair of touchdown passes to Owen Daniels and the defense forced three Pittsburgh turnovers, including Haloti Ngata’s diving interception to seal the victory late in the fourth quarter.
Ian Eagle and Boomer Esiason called the action on Westwood One.
