FOXBORO, MA – Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were back to their ruthless best on Sunday night, blowing out previously unbeaten Cincinnati 43-17.
Six days after getting whacked by Kansas City in primetime, New England rallied for its best performance of the year, racking up 505 yards of offense and running 82 plays from scrimmage.
Brady was 23 of 35 for 292 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the victory, while Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen led the way on the ground with 113 and 90 yards respectively.
In the win, Brady also became just the sixth quarterback in NFL history to surpass the 50,000-yard mark.
Kevin Kugler and James Lofton called the action on Westwood One.
