GLENDALE, AZ – The Seattle Seahawks racked up a franchise-record 596 yards of offense as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night.
With their fifth straight victory, the Seahawks wrapped up a playoff spot and now control their own destiny in both the race for the NFC West and home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. With a win at home against St. Louis next week, the defending champs will wrap up both.
Russell Wilson threw for 339 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another, while Marshawn Lynch carried the ball ten times for 113 yards and a pair of scores, including a rumbling 79-yarder in the fourth quarter that put the game away for good.
Kevin Kugler and James Lofton called the action on Westwood One.
