ST. LOUIS, MO – They didn’t score a touchdown, but it didn’t matter as the Arizona Cardinals continued their winning ways with a 12-6 victory over the St. Louis Rams on Thursday night.
The Cardinals improved to 11-3 and will have at least a one-game lead in the NFC West when the Seattle Seahawks come to University of Phoenix Stadium for a showdown one week from Sunday night.
But it wasn’t all good news for Arizona – quarterback Drew Stanton left the game with a knee injury and didn’t return. Ryan Lindley entered the game and was 4 of 10 for 30 yards in relief.
Ian Eagle and Mike Mayock called the action on Westwood One.
