DURHAM, NC – Quinn Cook and Tyus Jones each scored 22 points as Duke defeated North Carolina 92-90 in overtime in an instant classic Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Duke trailed by as many as ten points in the second half, but rallied late thanks to stellar play from Cook and Jones, whose layup tied the game at 81-81 late in regulation.
Kennedy Meeks and Brice Johnson each scored 18 points to lead the Tar Heels.
Kevin Kugler and Alaa Abdelnaby called the action on Westwood One Sports.
