As we approach Super Bowl 50, let’s pause and take a moment to reflect on one of the best teams to never make it to the big game: the 1998 Minnesota Vikings.
The Vikes were 15-1 in the regular season and just a missed field goal in the NFC Championship Game away from a likely trip to Super Bowl XXXIII.
A mainstay of that team throughout the 1990s was Hall of Fame guard Randall McDaniel, who sat down with James Lofton in the latest in our Legend to Legend series.
