GLENDALE, AZ – The Arizona Cardinals earned a first-round bye – and showed they’ll be a force to be reckoned with in the playoffs – as they defeated the Green Bay Packers 38-8 on Sunday afternoon.
Carson Palmer had a pair of touchdown passes, David Johnson continued to impress at running back and the Cardinals defense scored two touchdowns in a dominating performance.
Johnson was good for 127 all-purpose yards on the day and a touchdown. Corey Redding and Jerraud Powers each ran Green Bay fumbles back for touchdowns.
John Sadak and Mark Malone called the action on Westwood One.
