Interview: Kentucky Head Coach John Calipari Talks Saturday’s Classic Matchup Against Indiana

03/19/2016

DES MOINES, IA – Kentucky’s John Calipari knows the tournament is usually a lot tougher than the challenge his team faced against Stony Brook, he just didn’t think it’d get this tough so soon.

The No. 4-seeded Wildcats are widely thought to be seeded way too high for a team with their kind of talent, and Calipari thinks No. 5-seeded Indiana might likewise deserve a better seed. Neutral fans won’t be complaining about seeing these two historic teams face off so early in the tournament though.

Brandon Gaudin caught up with the Wildcats’ head coach ahead of the game.
