Ivy League Championship Highlights: Princeton captures inaugural Ivy tourney title

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Top-seeded Princeton capped off an undefeated Ivy League season defeating Yale 71-59 in the league’s inaugural tournament championship game.

The automatic bid punches the Tigers’ first ticket to the NCAA Tournament since 2011 –when a thirteenth-seeded Princeton squad came within a possession of beating eventual runners-up Kentucky in the second round.
