NASHVILLE, TN – Pekka Rinne was on top of his game again and the Nashville Predators took advantage, earning a 4-1 win on Monday night over the Pittsburgh Penguins to even the best-of-seven Stanley Cup Final at two games each.
Frederick Gaudreau scored the game-winning goal for the second consecutive time, this time in unique fashion as the goal wasn’t originally awarded. The game was stopped less than a minute later and video review showed the puck had beaten Matt Murray and crossed the goal line.
Kenny Albert and Joe Micheletti called the action on NBC Sports Radio and Westwood One.
