DALLAS, TX – Oklahoma started fast, but had to rally late as Mark Andrews hauled in a long touchdown pass from Baker Mayfield to give the Sooners a 29-24 win over Texas on Saturday at the Cotton Bowl.
Oklahoma took a 20-0 lead late in the first half before the Longhorns responded, eventually taking the lead by a score of 24-23 on Sam Ehlinger’s TD run midway through the fourth quarter.
