South Regional Preview: Top seeds MIA (Missing in Atlanta)


ATLANTA, GA – History will be made in Atlanta tonight when for the first time since the field was seeded beginning in 1979, a regional semifinal will tip off without a single top-four seed. The action in the South Regional begins with #11 seed Loyola-Chicago taking on #7 seed Nevada followed by fifth-seeded Kentucky versus ninth-seeded Kansas State.

Minnesota Duluth wins second straight National Championship

After falling in the 2017 National Championship Game, Minnesota Duluth has now won two consecutive NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey National Championships. The Bulldogs captured the 2019 crown with a 3-0 win over UMass on Saturday night in Buffalo.
