Women’s National Championship Preview: Mississippi State, Notre Dame clash for title after overtime wins


COLUMBUS, OH – After a pair of overtime games in Friday’s Final Four, the Women’s National Championship Game is all set to go on Sunday evening.

Mississippi State, after escaping past Louisville, will take on Notre Dame, who stunned UConn after Arike Ogunbowale knocked down a jumper with one second left in overtime.

The Bulldogs are in search of their first title in program history, while the Fighting Irish are looking for their second National Championship and first since 2001.
