WASHINGTON, DC – Victor Hedman had a goal and two assists as the Tampa Bay Lightning got on the board in the Eastern Conference Final with a 4-2 victory over the Washington Capitals on Tuesday night.

Washington leads the best-of-seven series two games to one. Game 4 is Thursday.

Sam Rosen and Darren Pang called the action on NBC Sports Radio and Westwood One.
