A familiar face and an unfamiliar one make up the first two teams to reach the Women’s Final Four in San Antonio.
After trailing Baylor by as many as 10 points in the second half, UConn engineered a 19-0 run to pull ahead and later held on to win 69-67 at the Alamodome. The Final Four appearance is UConn’s 13th straight under head coach Geno Auriemma.
