OMAHA, NE – NC State got the 2021 College World Series off with a bang and Vanderbilt walked off with a win late into the night as the Wolfpack and Commodores opened play with wins on Saturday.
NC State powered its way to a 10-4 win over Stanford, while Vanderbilt needed 12 innings to dispatch Arizona by a final of 7-6.
