GLENDALE, AZ – Rasul Douglas intercepted Kyler Murray’s pass with :12 remaining to preserve a victory for the Green Bay Packers over the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football.
The previously unbeaten Cardinals appeared to be in position to at least send the game to overtime when Murray’s short pass flew past an unaware A.J. Green and was eventually secured by Douglas for the game-saving pick.
Both teams are now 7-1 on the year, with Green Bay holding the tiebreaker should the teams finish with identical records.
Kevin Kugler and Kurt Warner had the call on Westwood One.
