WCWS: Oklahoma routs Texas in Game 1


OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma’s bats remained hot on Wednesday night as the Sooners powered to a 16-1 win in Game 1 of the best-of-three final at the Women’s College World Series.

Jocelyn Alo and Tiare Jennings each had two home runs and combined for a total of eight runs batted in and eight runs.

Oklahoma can win the national championship with a victory on Thursday night. Texas will need to win to force a winner-take-all finale on Friday.
