FOXBOROUGH, MA – The Chicago Bears withstood a 2nd Quarter spark from New England Patriots backup quarterback, Bailey Zappe, scoring 23 unanswered points to pull away with a 33-14 victory on Monday night.
Justin Fields threw for one touchdown and ran for another, while the Bears defense did their part, chipping in with three interceptions and limiting the Patriots to just 261 yards of total offense.
