SANTA CLARA, CA – The San Francisco 49ers took down the Dallas Cowboys, 19-12, in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs on Sunday evening at Levi’s Stadium.
Tied 9-9 after three quarters, 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey scored a 2-yd touchdown on the opening play of the fourth quarter to give San Francisco its largest lead of the game. The 49ers dominated time of possession late in the game, controlling the ball for 15 of the final 20 minutes.
San Francisco will travel to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles in next Sunday’s NFC Championship Game.
