SEC Player of the Year Johni Broome was again fantastic, leading No. 1 overall seed Auburn to a 70-64 victory over Tom Izzo and 2-seed Michigan State in Atlanta. Broome finished with 25 points and 14 rebounds despite heading to the locker room in the second half, eventually returning.
