HOT SPRINGS, AR – Teeng Akoi had 23 points and 4 blocks as Western Kentucky won the Sun Belt Conference championship over North Texas 74-70.
The Hilltoppers finished just 15-18 and changed head coaches in mid-season, but they’ll be heading back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009 after winning four games in four days.
