Beach Volleyball: Gold again for Misty and Kerri

LONDON – Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings have done it again. The duo downed fellow Americans April Ross and Jen Kessy in straight sets on Wednesday night to capture their third straight Olympic gold in beach volleyball.

May-Treanor and Walsh Jennings retired after their triumph in Beijing four years ago – but changed their mind and returned for another chance at gold.

As everyone predicted, the women’s figure skating competition in PyeongChang came down to a pair of Russians: 15-year-old Alina Zagitova and 18-year-old Evgenia Medvedeva.
