03/30/2014

MSU Tom Izzo with JT and Ian EagleNEW YORK, NY – Michigan State might be a fourth-seed in this year’s tournament, but they’re certainly not playing like one at the moment.

The Spartans dealt with injuries throughout the season, but they’re healthy and firing on all cylinders now. That’s led them to a showdown with Connecticut this afternoon at Madison Square Garden with a spot in the Final Four on the line.

Ian Eagle and John Thompson caught up with MSU head coach Tom Izzo ahead of the game.
