Every week, Pro Football Hall of Famer and Westwood One Sunday Night Football analyst James Lofton sits down with a fellow Hall of Famer “Legend to Legend.”
This week, James talks with Baltimore Colts great Lenny Moore, who played on the 1958 NFL champions and grabbed 5 catches for 99 yards in the “Greatest Game Ever Played.” In all, he amassed over 5,000 yards rushing and 6,000 yards receiving during his 12 seasons.
Moore was selected to the Pro Bowl seven times and still holds a share of the NFL record for touchdowns in consecutive games. Between 1963 and 1965, Moore reached the end zone in 18 straight games. The record was matched by LaDainian Tomlinson in 2004-05.
Lenny Moore was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1975.
