The U.S. women’s volleyball team is currently ranked #1 in the world, but they’ve never won an Olympic gold medal. In fact, since the sport was added to the Games in 1964, the U.S. women own just three medals in total.
The team fell just short in Beijing, losing to Brazil in the gold-medal match three games to one.
Setter Lindsey Berg says she and her teammates are hoping to go one spot better this year.
