CONWAY, SC – For the first time in 21 years, the Chanticleers are going dancing after Coastal Carolina defeated Winthrop 76-61 in Sunday’s Big South championship game.
Warren Gillis had 22 points and seven assists to lead the way as Coastal Carolina made the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1993.
Keon Moore led Winthrop with 19 points.
