Louis Van Gaal didn’t get the start he’d hoped for in his first competitive match in charge of Manchester United, as the Red Devils fell 2-1 to Swansea at Old Trafford on the opening weekend of the season.
Van Gaal will try to right United’s ship on Sunday with a trip to Sunderland, which drew its opening game away to West Brom 2-2.
Ahead of the match, Van Gaal says it will take time to turn the clubs fortunes around.
