GLENDALE, AZ – Carson Palmer’s long TD pass to John Brown gave Arizona the lead late in the fourth quarter and the Cardinals defense held on in a 24-20 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.
The win moved Arizona to 6-1 on the season – the best record in the NFC. Philadelphia dropped to 5-2.
Palmer was 20 of 42 for 329 yards and two touchdown for the Cardinals, while Nick Foles completed 36 of 62 passes for 411 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions for Philadelphia.
