NASHVILLE, TN (12/11/11) – Drew Brees threw for 300 yards for the 10th time this season – tying Peyton Manning’s NFL record – as the New Orleans Saints defeated the Tennessee Titans 22-17 on Sunday afternoon.
The NFC South-leading Saints improved to 10-3 on the season, while the loss by Tennessee (7-6) coupled with Houston’s last-second win at Cincinnati allowed the Texans to clinch the AFC South.
