NEW ORLEANS – Drew Brees threw for three touchdowns and 466 yards – the second-most passing yards in a postseason game in NFL history – as the New Orleans Saints defeated the Detroit Lions 45-28 on Saturday night.
The Saints 626 yards of total offense set an NFL record for most yards in a postseason game.
New Orleans will play San Francisco next Saturday in the divisional round.
