SNF Highlights: Broncos 34 – Saints 14

10/29/2012

DENVER – Peyton Manning threw for 305 yards and three touchdowns as the Denver Broncos beat New Orleans 34-14 on Sunday Night Football.

Willis McGahee also had a big game for Denver with 122 yards rushing and a touchdown.

In a battle of marquee quarterbacks, Saints signal caller Drew Brees wasn’t able match Manning. Brees, who threw the 300th touchdown pass of his career, was just 22 of 42 for 213 yards in the game. Much of that yardage and the second of his two touchdown passes occurred after the game was well out of reach.

Dave Sims and James Lofton called the action on Westwood One Sports.

(Willis McGahee’s 1-yd TD run puts Denver up 7-0)

(The Saints tie the score at 7-7 as Drew Brees hits Darren Sproles over the middle)

(Peyton Manning’s 13-yd TD pass to Eric Decker gives the Broncos a 14-7 lead)

(Demaryius Thomas hauls in Manning’s second TD pass of the night for a 24-7 lead)

(Eric Decker’s 2nd TD catch of the night makes it 31-7)
