This Week in the NCAA 2012With the International Olympic Committee’s decision to drop wrestling from the 2020 Olympic Games, many involved with the sport at the NCAA level have gotten involved to try to save Olympic wrestling.

In the latest installment of “This Week in the NCAA,” we hear from Dan Gable the legendary former wrestling coach at Iowa, who also won a gold medal at the 1972 Olympics in Munich. Gable talks about his disappointment at the message the IOC’s decision sends to student-athletes, as well as his hopes for the movement that has begun to return wrestling to the Olympic program.
