It was quite an opening week for the college football season, with great games and big upsets: including eight victories for FCS programs over FBS schools, including Eastern Washington’s win at Oregon St and North Dakota St.’s victory at Kansas St.
The victory for the two-time defending FCS champion Bison maybe shouldn’t have been such a shock – it was their fourth straight victory over a team from the theoretically bigger and stronger FBS.
