This week’s AutoZone “In the Zone” Pro Football Player of the Week is Calvin Johnson.
The Detroit wide receiver had 14 catches for an amazing 329 yards to help his team to a shocking, come-from-behind win by a final score of 31-30 over Dallas.
Johnson’s total was the most receiving yards in NFL history in a regulation game and was just seven short of Flipper Anderson’s 1989 record, which was set in an overtime victory for the L.A. Rams against the New Orleans Saints.
Calvin Johnson was definitely “In the Zone” and he’s our AutoZone Pro Football Player of the Week.
