CHARLOTTE, NC – Cam Newton threw a pair of touchdown passes to Greg Olsen – including the game-winner with just over two minutes to play – as the Carolina Panthers rallied for a 31-24 victory over the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon.
Carolina trailed 21-7 late in the second quarter, but after Robbie Gould missed a short field goal for Chicago, Newton took the Panthers down the field and found Olsen for a score just before halftime.
In the second half, the Chicago offense stalled, managing just a field goal as turnovers from Jay Cutler and Matt Forte gave Carolina a short field to tie the game and then take the lead for good.
Kevin Lee and Mark Malone called the action on Westwood One.
