Tournament Interview: Villanova Head Coach Jay Wright

03/21/2015

Jay WrightPITTSBURGH, PA – With all the attention Kentucky has gotten this tournament, Villanova has flown under the radar as a title favorite, even with their No. 1-seed. But their 93-52 win against Lafayette was arguably the most complete second round victory and head coach Jay Wright knows they won’t surprise anyone moving forward.

They’ll face an N.C. State team on Saturday that earned an at-large tournament berth through a strong ACC campaign and the sixth-toughest schedule in the nation and advanced with a comeback win against LSU on Thursday.

Scott Graham caught up with head coach Jay Wright ahead of the game.
