CINCINNATI, OH – Tyler Eifert tied a franchise record with three touchdown receptions as the Cincinnati Bengals improved to 8-0 for the first time in team history with a 31-10 win over the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night.
Eifert became only the second tight end in Bengals history with three TD catches in a game, joining Bob Trumpy who achieved the feat in 1969.
Andy Dalton was 21 for 27 on the night for 234 yards and the three TDs to Eifert. Mohamed Sunu added a touchdown on a reverse.
The Browns dropped to 2-7 on the season.
