CHARLOTTE, NC – After racing out to a 13-0 lead, the Carolina Panthers surged to a 25-15 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on a rainy Thursday night.
D’Onta Foreman carried 31 times for 130 yards, including a 12-yard touchdown run, and Laviska Shenault Jr. sprinted for a 41-yard second quarter score.
In total, the Panthers offense ran for 232 yards, while the defense contributed five sacks.
