LAS VEGAS, NV – Trailing 9-3 in the second quarter, the Las Vegas Raiders scored 13 straight points and held on to defeat the New York Jets, 16-12, on Sunday night at Allegiant Stadium.
In a game that featured seven field goals, the only touchdown of the contest was the difference. Raiders rookie tight end Michael Mayer caught a 4th quarter 7-yard touchdown pass from Aidan O’Connell that put the Silver and Black up 16-9.
