ATLANTA – Tre Mason had a game for the ages as Auburn downed Missouri 59-42 in Saturday’s SEC Championship Game.
Mason rushed for 304 yards on 46 carries, setting new championship game records in both categories. He scored four touchdowns.
The win likely puts Auburn into the BCS title game, after #2 Ohio State fell to Michigan State in the Big Ten Championship Game later on Saturday night.
