MINNEAPOLIS (12/18/11) – Drew Brees became the first quarterback in NFL history to have 11 300-yard games in a single season, passing for 412 yards and five touchdowns as the New Orleans Saints routed the Minnesota Vikings 42-20.
The Saints improved to 11-3 on the season and are one win away from wrapping up the NFC South. Minnesota fell to 2-12 on the year.
