SANTA CLARA, CA – Carlos Hyde ran for a career-high 168 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead the San Francisco 49ers to a 20-3 Monday Night Football victory over the Minnesota Vikings.
Hyde’s big night overshadowed the return of Adrian Peterson from his long layoff. Peterson had 52 total yards on 10 carries and three receptions.
The 49ers defense also had a big night, with an interception and five sacks of Teddy Bridgewater.
