In two postseason victories over Denver and Baltimore Tom Brady has completed 48 passes. On the receiving end of 26 of those catches? Tight ends Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez.
Hernandez accounted for 11 catches for 121 yards plus a touchdown as the Patriots earned the right to face the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI.
