You don’t have to be a football expert to know the passing game will probably decide the outcome of Super Bowl XLVI. Tom Brady threw for over 5,000 yards this year and Eli Manning fell only 67 yards short. Those are big numbers and would’ve been even more impressive had Drew Brees not been re-writing the record book in New Orleans.
With all that in mind, it seems safe to say the ball will be whizzing around Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday. Our resident pass-catching expert, Pro Football Hall of Famer James Lofton, joined Mark Malone and Steve Tasker on NFL Insider to discuss the battle between two high-powered offenses.
